What Not To Do:

You may not post content or links to content that:
a).        Exploits, solicits or herms minors, or possibly could do so;
b).        Is violent, racists, incendiary or otherwise objectionable;
c).        Is abusive, threatening, defamatory, libelouse, threatening, invasive to others privacy, is fraudulent, or otherwise;
d).        Violates federal, state or local law, including but not limited to Federal, State and/or Local Housing Laws and/or ordinances.  The Federal Fair Housing Laws prohibit discrimination in housing based upon race, color, national origin, creed, gender, religion, physical or mental handicap, and/or familial status.  Many State and local Fair Housing Laws and/or ordinances proscribe discrimination in housing on all of the same criteria as the Federal Fair Housing Law, as well as additional proscribed criteria such as sexual orientation, sexual preference, military discharge, age, source of income, and/or marital status.  The posting of any questions, answers, or other content which may, in any way, violate any Federal, State or Local Fair Housing Laws or Ordinances is prohibited.  Furthermore, Locally Located prohibits the posting of any content which in any way may harass, degrade, intimidate, or otherwise victimize any individual, group or organization on the basis of any criteria set forth herein;

i).         Violates Locally Located’s Guidelines, Terms of Use, and/or Terms and Conditions;
j).         Copyrighted by a third party, or uses a third party’s trademark, service mark, or collective membership mark, without the express written authorization of the owner of said copyright or trademark owner;
k).        In fields that are not intended for such content;
l).         Are disparaging to any person, company, or otherwise or such person or entity’s concept and/or pricing services;
m).       Discusses pricing or value of the services provided by any real estate broker or real estate brokerage firm;
n).        impersonates any business, entity and/or person;
p.)        Contains viruses, or any computer code, files, programs designed to destroy or otherwise alter the functionality of any computer software or hardware or any telecommunications equipment or venue.

Multiple Profiles Are Prohibited:

No person or entity may have more than one profile and/or Account on the Site.

Obligations of Real Estate Agents Posting Content On Locally Located:

All real estate agents and/or real estate brokerage firms or other licenses professionals posting information on the Site must comply with all laws including, but not limited to all Federal, State, and Local Fair Housing Laws.  While Locally Located is in no way shape, or form responsible for the content posted by any third parties on Locally Located, Locally Located reserves the right to remove any content that if reasonably believes may be in violation of any law(s) without notice to the person posting the content.

No Repeat Posting:

You may not post multiple postings which are similar and/or identical, including, but not limited to, if you are using the same commercial URL on all of Your postings for the Purpose of generating commercial activity for sites other than Locally Located.

No Hacking:

You may not promote, redirect traffic to third party sites, post links to sites with forced downloads of viruses, programs or other content, which in any way may interfere with the Locally Located Site and/or Service.

Do Not Commit Fraud:

You cannot impersonate, falsely state, or otherwise misrepresent Your identity, including but not limited to using pseudonyms, or misrepresent Your current or previous positions and/or qualifications or your affiliations with a person or entity, past or present.

Respect The Copyright Rights and Private Information Of Others:

You cannot upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available the any content or initiate communications which include information that you do not have the right it disclose under any law, contract, or fiduciary relationships.  Further, You cannot post content that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including but not limited to privacy rights, unless you are the owner of said rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material on the Site.  Moreover, Locally Located does not evaluate or guarantee the accuracy or non-infringement of any of the Locally Located content on the Site.
