@David Wrenn, Miami was hit hard, what's even more scary is it doesn't matter where on the you are, it's a ghost town at far too many buildings. I had a small studio investment in Bal Harbour, it's really unfortunate what's happened.

@David Wrenn, the market is very strong for rentals right now, both 225 Grand and Grove Point were leased out with no vacancies last I heard. I think the Monaco was timed perfectly.

@Casa, that will be a smart addition to the site. I think I had read that there are now more Google +1 buttons than twitter buttons on sites. I find that hard to believe, but Google is Google.
