So I understand the concept to the website is a real estate marketplace. If I list my property it's free, but if someone clicks on my listing found on your website, only then I would pay? If so, how per click?
I also see you are focusing on JC and Hoboken, are these the only areas you are covering?
Every day above ground is a good day.
Thanks for your interest Real Estate Wrangler!
You are correct about your understanding of the concept we have at LocallyLocated.com.
If you list a property (real estate) of any kind, selling, leasing, etc. it is always free to list. If a user has specifically narrowed down their search to your piece of property, and if they click on and open your listing only then would you be charged. So there is no risk, not to mention you will have higher success rate/ROI (return on investment) because before a property shopper opens your listing they have to have already narrowed down their search to your property.
Right now, during the preview event anyone who lists a piece of real estate will receive unlimited clicks for free, for a limited time. All banner ads are also free for a limited time.
We have yet to establish the cost associated for each click when the time comes that we begin charging for our services. Selling property and leasing property will likely have different costs associated per click. We will be updating the community once this price is established, until then enjoy the free bee’s!
We are initially focusing on the Jersey City and Hoboken areas. There are no geographic guidelines that will prevent a user from a different area from listing their property. You can look at it this way, people from Jersey City and Hoboken move out of our area every day, and people from other areas move to JC and Hoboken with even greater frequency, so if you want to expose your property to these groups then it would be a good ideaWe will be expanding into other markets soon, but that is another conversation for another day.
Talk to you soon!

Hello,
I haven't been able to locate too many properties in the database, why is that?
Have you guys actually opened for business yet, or are just kind of testing the site?
Hello Sara,
Thanks for your interest in Locally Located.
We have not yet publicly launched. The site is up and operating, but we have been working on getting the kinks out before we start to offer our services the general public sometime next week.
You can submit your listings once you register on the site here.
We will not be charging users to have their properties marketed on LL(Locally Located), it will be free to list your properties here for a limited time.
Thanks
