Developer is being sued for millions in unpaid bills

Peter Mocco is being sued for MILLIONs.

This isn't the first law suit against him, and likely won't be the last.

Peter Mocco was the Mayor of North Bergen when he was in his 20's< and is now the developer of Liberty Harbor North, the mega re development of Jersey city's South end of Grand street.
