Jersey City begins stabilization of Powerhouse building

It has finally begun, from eye sore to oasis. The timetable is still estimated at 2013, but atleast it has started.

"The $90 million project will feature 180,000 square feet of galleries, restaurants and offices, according to the city."

Finally some more retail in this retail-less area.

I hope one of the shops sells shoes!
