Here is a little excerpt from the new City of Hoboken website....

"The two and a half acre park features recreational opportunities for both children and adults. The sculptural quality of the land simulates the forms of a barrier beach while the interior breaks open to reveal the play landscape - a whimsical, other-scaled world designed to engage children of all ages and abilities. The playground is separated into a pre-school play area, which includes structures for climbing and hiding, slides, and sand play and water play."

We can never have enough parks and open spaces in my opinion.
