Today, I’m happy to announce the launch of www.LocallyLocated.com

LocallyLocated.com is a Real Estate Marketplace and Real Estate Community specifically oriented to the sales and marketing of Hoboken and Jersey City properties.

LocallyLocated.com will be far more than just a website where you can list and market your property. LocallyLocated.com is the first site of its kind in our market to serve the needs of our community through a Social Real Estate experience. Not only is social media fun, but now you can market yourself, your properties, your open houses, and update the entire real estate community to any news you feel is important with very little effort.

The robust social experience is geared towards what we do and what we love specifically, our real estate markets and community. This one fact will cut down on the wasted time spent marketing yourself and your properties through general and generic websites. LocallyLocated.com is all about you. You can earn points with almost every activity you perform, giving you seniority and the trust of the community and our users.

There are far too many fun functions though out the site to get into in a single email. The easiest thing to do in an effort not to bore you is to check out LocallyLocated.com for yourself. Join the community, list your properties, and grow with us from the beginning.

Before I forget, I think it may be important to mention that all advertising, including banner ads, property listings will be free initially. They are a free bonus because no matter how much testing my team and I do, there will always be bugs and growing pains until we get real world users to actively use the community. Please be patient with us as we try to bring you the best possible user experience possible. Your opinions both positive and negative are welcomed as they will help us better serve you.

We will also be looking for bloggers to join our team. Real estate professionals from all aspects of the real estate world, including interior designers, mortgage professionals, etc to become regular contributors. We will in turn offer benefits such as free advertising and cross promotional efforts once the free advertising offer ends. It's going to be first come first serve and qualification based for contributor placement. Being a contributor should be a large boost for any real estate pro's business and exposure as our community grows.

The preview launch today, as the site is very complex, will be a soft launch. You will notice test users and test properties, which will be removed as testing comes to its conclusion. We will be launching the fully bug free site with PR and aggressive marketing within weeks, at this time advertising may no longer be free if have yet to join.
